From Manila, Tarlac is approximately 2.5 to 3 hours away by car or bus

Tarlac is known as a home province of late President Cory Aquino and the Cojuangco clans . The popular place is Hacienda Luisita. passed the years Tarlac  is also known as having a good farming area.
